All major credit cards, PayPal and Zelle are accepted. Payments made with “American Express” are **final sales. Personal or business checks are accepted, we require 5 to 7 business days for the payment to clear prior to shipping orders out. Money orders or cashier's checks are also accepted as well as cash payments. We offer an online payment method for the convenience of our customers. As online payments are made remotely customers choose to pay for their purchases online accept the “terms and conditions” by making payment regardless of providing a physical signature.

Shipping:

Bath Miami offers FREE SHIPPING across 48 contiguous states. We ship your order with the most reliable freight carriers. Additional shipping fees will be applied for limited access areas such as but not limited to islands, rural areas, etc.

We make every effort to ensure that delivery of your order is in satisfactory time and condition; however, we are not responsible for delays in transit beyond our reasonable control. Items less than 100 lbs. are shipped via Parcel Carriers (UPS, FED EX, USPS, DHL, etc.). Items over 100 lbs. ship via common carrier (LTL). We ship your order within 1-2 business days. Transit/Arrival times are usually 2-7 business days for the products to arrive, depending on your location not including the weekends and holidays.

We’ll provide a tracking number after the item(s) ships so the customer can track it online or by phone. The freight company will contact the receiver in advance to schedule a delivery date and time; we recommend that you have help available upon arrival. ALL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE; the freight company is only responsible for unloading this item off the truck however, they will bring it onto your driveway/garage (provided it is accessible for the truck), but not to your backyard or anywhere else inside the house.

Arrival:

Someone must be present at the time of freight arrival to accept the package. Please be mindful of the condition in which freight will arrive; open your package carefully upon the arrival of your item and examine whether there is any damage to the item. Before signing the proof of delivery (bill of lading), count the boxes and inspect the package for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It’s normal for the packaging to show some wear. Also DO NOT discard your packing materials immediately, in the case you might need to ship the item back, all returns MUST be in the original package as with any other product that must be returned whether for refund, exchange or replacement. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Pick-up:

The buyer or the representative of the buyer may choose to pick up the item(s) purchased if the item(s) are confirmed to be in stock. The item(s) can be picked up only during the hours of operation. ID confirmation will be required at the time of the pick-up. If requested, the Bath Miami personnel “ will provide help” put the item(s) to your vehicle. Storage:

At the request of the buyer, prior to picking up or shipping, Bath Miami can store items purchased for a period of 30 days, from the purchased date, free of charge.

Tax:

Florida residents are subject to a 7% Florida Sales tax. Sales tax will be applied to all purchases as well as any merchandise picked up from our warehouse in FL.

Pricing:

We reserve the right to change our pricing without prior notice. The pricing is considered current once posted/changed on the company website (prices are only guaranteed once the item is checked out)

Return Policy:

We gladly accept uninstalled/undamaged/unaltered merchandise (in the original condition sold and accompanied by an appropriate proof of purchase), within 30 days of the purchase date, for a full refund in the original form of payment or exchange for most transactions. Payments made with “American Express” are final sales. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for special orders such as James Martin Vanities etc. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for custom-made products as they are produced according to the customer's request or need. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for clearance or showroom sample products. NON-DAMAGE Returns

If you decide to return the product or refuse the item when there is no freight damage for any other reasons after/at the item's arrival, the return policy is then in effect:

Return must be in its original packing and condition. Any items returned without their original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

The buyer is responsible for original shipping costs and returns shipping costs for the return freight to our warehouse. All returns are subject to inspection. No refunds will be issued on any items that are not returned in original/ shipped condition.

Cancellations received after shipping, delivery or pick-up are treated as a return – see Returns (Non-Damage returns) section for details.

Please note the surface characteristics of natural marbles, and granites used for vanity tops are as subjective as it gets. Natural veining, crystallines, and local crystallization can sometimes be interpreted as defects per personal taste. There is no opportunity to tailor to each individual’s taste in marble, or granite characteristics. Also, some of our furniture is handmade and there might be characters to each item that can be interpreted as imperfection. We do not consider these characteristics as reasons for delivery refusal.

Visible Damage Returns

If there’s visible damage when you receive the package simply refuse*** the shipment and we will replace your order free of charge. Before any package is refused these simple steps should be followed otherwise your damage claim will not be honoured.

Concealed Damage/ Wrong Item Returns

If the damage is discovered after the freight bill is signed, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with Bath Miami's customer service department within 5 business days after receiving the item by contacting via email at [email protected]

Return MUST be in its original packaging or WELL PACKED for freight.

showing the damage.

We will review your claim and replace the merchandise if necessary. No additional shipping charges will apply if the return is authorized.

For minor damages such as, but not limited to paint level imperfection on the cabinet or small corner chip on the marble, we reserve the rights to provide material, and credit.

Non-Returnable Items

All special orders, tiles, mosaics, cut-to-size vanity tops, kitchen countertops, showroom samples, and any discounted sales are final, and non-returnable.

Tiles

The pictures are for representational purposes; they may not be exactly the same as you see on your screen. Showroom samples are available for customers to see the colour for themselves. We only offer carefully selected 1st quality natural stone products unless specifically stated in the product description. Please note that colour and shade variation is an inherent characteristic of natural stone. Colour and shade variation doesn’t mean that tiles have defects. Please inspect the tiles prior to installation.

A sufficient quantity of material is recommended to be purchased at any one time. No guarantee can be given that an item will remain in stock.

Delivery

All orders have a 1-2 business day handling time before being available for pick up or delivery. Free shipping on tile orders only applies to purchases of 50 sqft or more. For orders less than 50sqft, the shipping bill will be paid by the buyer. All shortages or damage must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery. Claims for damage, shortage or errors in shipping must be recorded on the original receiving documents and reported within twenty-four (24) hours following delivery to the Buyer. Inspection

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect all merchandise prior to installation. If for any reason the material is incorrect buyer shall make such a claim to Bath Miami, by contacting us at

No claims will be honoured and no refunds will be issued after products are installed as they may be subject to damage by the contractor or installer during the installation. 

The installer has the final inspection responsibility to pull out and not install the pieces with noticeable colour and shade differences. It’s suggested that the installer mix pieces from several different cartons to blend to show the natural beauty of the stone.

No claims will be honoured and no refunds will be issued after tiles are installed.

Limited Warranty

No warranty for crazing, shading, scratching, sizing, wear, surface finish, cleanability, slipperiness, chemical, thermal or mechanical attack or damage or defects discovered after installation.
